The Borough Clerk takes and transcribes the minutes of all meetings of the Council; keeps all records of agreements, contracts, legal documents; issues licenses; registers voters and conducts elections.

 

The clerk advertises all legal notices of the Borough Council, files all maps, sub-division plots, bonds and agreements on new housing developments and building projects; and cooperates with all departments of the municipal government.
