Notice is hereby given that the Executive Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Upper Saddle River, originally scheduled for Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., will begin at 5:30 p.m.  The Regular Meeting will begin as scheduled at 8:00 p.m.  Both meetings will be held via Zoom.  The sign-on credentials are below:
