Please be advised that Mayor Minichetti has tendered her resignation, effective immediately.
The Council and Municipal Staff appreciate her leadership and dedication to the Borough of Upper Saddle River over the last 15 years and wish her and her family all the best.
Acting Mayor Jonathan Ditkoff and the Council will make a smooth transition through this process and Borough services will not be impacted in any way.
A new Mayor will be appointed through an established process in accordance with New Jersey Statutes’ and we will keep residents informed as new information becomes available.
