To assist residents in cleaning up from Tropical Storm Ida, the Borough has made the following arrangements:
Friday, September 17th: SPECIAL STORM-RELATED CURBSIDE BULKY TRASH PICKUP.
This special pickup is for storm damaged bulky items only. The next regularly scheduled Bulky Trash Pickup is Friday, October 1st. Please save any bulky trash NOT AS A RESULT FROM STORM RELATED DAMAGE for the regular pickup.
Monday, September 20th – Tuesday, September 28th : CURBSIDE STORM BRANCH PICKUP.
This special pickup is only for storm damaged branches, small limbs and twigs. Debris does not have to be bundled and tied. Tree stumps and large logs will not be accepted. Again, this is for storm related cleanup. Regular branch pickup will be ongoing as normal until October 29th.
Park Restoration:
Restoration at both Lions and Hess Parks is underway. Lions is expected to be reopened next week for school pickup/drop-off and rec soccer. Please watch for messages from your coaches and the Bd of Education. Hess has sustained more damage. We anticipate Hess to reopen after Lions.
