The Borough of Upper Saddle River would like to introduce Project Guardian. The purpose of this initiative is for the Police Department to have a list of residents who have special needs or who are at-risk due to a medical condition. This information will be used to facilitate their response during an emergency. If you feel you or a loved one might need such assistance, please fill out the form enclosed and mail it back to the attention of Dispatcher Pink at the USR Police Department. The information is voluntary and will be kept strictly confidential by the Police Department. In addition, all residents, who have not already done so, are urged to register for the Swift 9-1-1 Emergency Notification System.
