Due to the large number of children expected to be trick-or-treating in the Cider Hill area on Halloween, Cider Hill between Partridge Hill and Peach Tree will be closed between the hours of 4pm – 8pm. Residents of Cider Hill and Oxbow Place will be permitted to enter the area up until 4pm. After this time, no vehicular traffic will be allowed until such time that officers deem it safe. If in the event of unforeseen circumstances, residents of the affected area need to access or leave their home please alert one of the Police Officers in the area for assistance.
Please feel free to contact the Police Department if you should need any assistance. Police Officers will be assigned to the area, and the Upper Saddle River Department of Public Works will be assisting with traffic control.
