UPPER SADDLE RIVER SPECIAL NEEDS SOCCER INSTRUCTION

Is it hard for your child to participate in sports with other children?  Do you feel uncomfortable putting that pressure on your child?  Here is a chance for your child with special needs to play soccer, exercise and have fun with his or her peers from town.   If your child has expressed an interest in playing soccer or just would like to give it a try, he or she can FINALLY play, right here in USR!  Upper Saddle River Soccer Association and the Upper Saddle River Recreation Commission are sponsoring, for the 2nd year, a structured, small group soccer clinic for children in grades K-6 with special needs and it is free!  The clinics are not only for USR residents, if you live in a surrounding town give it a try.  Clinics will be held on Saturday afternoons for 45 minutes beginning Sept 17th (time to be determined)  The players will warm-up, run drills and scrimmage each other.  Built in breaks and any other accommodations will be made as well.  Each participant will require a parent shadow for all clinics.  All players will receive a t-shirt.  So, come on out and give it a try!  The search for an appropriate sports program for your child is over!  Mark it DOWN and stay in TOWN!! If interested please contact Joe Abbatiello.
